The Recovery Room: Nourish to Regulate
In the early postpartum weeks, your body is working overtime to heal, nourish your baby, and respond to the constant demands of new motherhood. But what many mamas don’t realize is that what you eat plays a powerful role in how you feel emotionally, physically, and mentally.
In this Recovery Room session, we’ll explore:
What postpartum depletion really is and why it happens
The key nutrients your nervous system needs to feel steady and supported
How blood sugar crashes and nutrient gaps can impact mood, anxiety, and sleep
Simple, affordable foods to keep on hand (yes—Walmart or Whole Foods approved!)
How to ask your provider the right questions about your recovery
✨ Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or somewhere in between…this group is for you. No perfection needed, just small, nourishing steps that make a big difference.

Covered Conversations: June
This month inside Covered Conversations, we’re slowing down to notice the little things…the small wins that often go unseen but mean everything. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or somewhere in between, this one-hour live is your space to reflect, reset, and remember that progress doesn’t have to be big to be meaningful. Join us inside the Covered Mama Community and take part in a conversation that will leave you feeling seen, supported, and reminded that you’re doing better than you think.

The Recovery Room
This week we’re slowing all the way down. In the early postpartum season, rest often feels impossible…and even when you finally get a moment, the guilt creeps in. But mama, rest isn’t something you have to earn….it’s something your healing body and heart need.
Join us as we talk about what intentional rest really looks like in this season. Whether it’s 10 minutes with your eyes closed or simply letting go of that mental to-do list, we’re reminding you that rest is resistance, rest is repair, and rest is a radical act of self-care.
We also want you to know that there is always space here for you to debrief your birth story. Whether it’s fresh on your heart or you’ve been carrying it quietly, The Recovery Room is a safe place to speak it aloud….with women who get it.
If you’re in your first 0–4 months postpartum, we’d love to hold space for you here. You’re not alone….you’re covered.

When Motherhood Feels Heavy: Naming the Invisible Load
There’s so much about motherhood that we carry quietly…the appointments, the meal planning, the middle-of-the-night worries, the constant mental checklists that never seem to end. It’s the invisible load that so many mothers hold, often unseen but deeply felt.
Join us for Covered Conversations, a monthly gathering for all members of the Covered Mama Community. This is a safe space where we come together…early Saturday morning, coffee in hand, pajamas welcome…to talk about the real, raw, and beautiful parts of this journey.
This month’s topic:
When Motherhood Feels Heavy: Naming the Invisible Load
Together, we’ll explore what it means to carry the mental and emotional weight of motherhood, how it shows up during pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and even while trying to conceive, and how we can begin to share that load.
Covered Conversations are exclusive to members of the Covered Mama Community.
Join today for just $9.99/month and become part of a village that sees you, supports you, and reminds you: You are not meant to carry this alone.
