I’m Back!

Whew, I’m back.

Back with a full heart, clear vision, and the same passion that’s been burning in me since my very first birth experience in 2018. Since then, I’ve been learning, growing, and preparing…because one thing I know for sure? Mamas deserve more than survival. They deserve to be covered.

Let me tell you why I’m here.

I built the Covered Mama Community because I lived the gaps. I saw how easy it is for moms to fall through the cracks…emotionally, mentally, and physically — during one of the most vulnerable and life-changing seasons of their life. And not because they’re not strong (because baby, we are), but because support in the perinatal journey should not be optional. It should be standard.

We weren’t meant to do this alone.
That “village” folks love to talk about? It's not just a cute saying…it's necessary.

But let’s be real, sometimes the village is missing. Sometimes the village has bad Wi-Fi. Sometimes the village is us Googling “is this normal?” at 2 a.m. with a crying baby in our lap and no one to call who really gets it.

Covered Mama is my answer to that.
A space where mamas can breathe.
A space where your questions aren’t silly, your feelings aren’t too much, and your experience isn’t minimized.

What’s Coming June 2025:

We are officially launching the Covered Mama Community …a virtual village for prenatal and postpartum mamas who deserve evidence-based support and real-life sisterhood. Here’s what makes this space different:

✨ The Waiting Room – For my pregnant mamas preparing for birth, learning your options, and creating your plan with confidence.
✨ The Recovery Room – For my postpartum mamas navigating healing, emotions, sleep (or the lack of it), and finding their new rhythm.
✨ The Matrescence Room – For mamas beyond the newborn fog, learning to parent, process, and still prioritize themselves.
✨ Covered Angels – For mamas navigating grief, loss, or hard birth stories — because your story deserves space, too.

This is more than education…this is community care.
And I’m honored to walk this with you.

I’ll be full-time in this role starting June 2025. Full-time pouring into this mission. Full-time making sure that if you’re pregnant, postpartum, or anywhere in between, you know you're covered.

Because mama, even before your first cup of coffee — you’re covered.
